Our society has come to a stage where the will to stand up for wrong has fainted. Actor Varun Pruthi and his team did a social experiment at multiple locations around Delhi to record the reaction of public when a robbery was being committed right before everyone.
A man is shown sitting leisurely at a public park. A few moments after, a male masseur comes to him and offers his services to him. The man accepts the masseur's services and relaxes himself to enjoy the body massage. Minutes later, masseur presses the wrong nerve of his customer's shoulder to make him unconscious and runs away with his belongings without fearing anyone.
While many people witness the ‘crime’, only a few muster courage to get up from the seat and ever lesser in number care enough to undo the wrong.
The agenda to perform the experiment was worthwhile but we think the response from the public could have been better had it was dramatized more convincingly. Share your thoughts with us after watching the video.
