Undoubtedly, Farhan Akhtar deserved to be the brand ambassador of something so great. He has always been very vocal about the raving issues regarding women and their safety. But Not only vocal Farhan Akhtar has also managed to take action against the crime. And, that is when he launched – MARD.

1.MARD –Farhan Akhtar launched it after the heinous 2013 Delhi rape case and from that time
MARD (Men Against Rape & Discrimination)has been very socially activated.

2.Farhan Akhtar directed a short film for funded by Melinda & Bill Gates Foundation, starring Boman Irani and Shabana Azmi creating awareness about HIV/AIDs

3.He took active participation in the Mumbai based “Magic-Bus” initiative to send daughters to school
